With her new drama degree in hand, rental virgin Jessica is leaving her small-town behind and is hoping to make it big as an actress in the city. But beyond a job, acting classes, and an agent, she needs to find a safe urban pad where she can start her new life. Enter rental expert Jodi Gilmour. She promises to find Jessica a grown-up inner-city apartment at a price she can afford but warns that space will be at a premium. Jessica visits a number of bachelor apartments at the heart of the country's entertainment industry and eventually narrows down the options. But without a job, can she convince the landlord she'll be a reliable tenant?
