Οι «Ψυχοκόρες», είναι η νέα δραματική σειρά εποχής του ANT1, που βασίζεται σε πραγματικά γεγονότα και αληθινές μαρτυρίες. Η υπόθεση της σειράς, που θα κυκλοφορήσει στον ANT1+ την 1η Σεπτεμβρίου, θα μεταφέρει τους τηλεθεατές στη δεκαετία του ’50. Η φτώχεια αναγκάζει τις τέσσερις αδελφές Πολύζου να εγκαταλείψουν τον τόπο τους, κυνηγώντας το όνειρο μιας καλύτερης ζωής. Μέσα στα αρχοντικά της αριστοκρατίας και της αστικής ζωής, θα έρθουν αντιμέτωπες με τον έρωτα, τον κίνδυνο, τις ίντριγκες και τα μυστικά που θα τις απομακρύνουν όλο και πιο πολύ από την τελευταία επιθυμία της μητέρας τους, να μείνουν για πάντα ενωμένες. Στην προσπάθειά τους να ανταμώσουν ξανά, χειρότεροι εχθροί τους θα σταθούν οι κυρίες του σπιτιού και ο φόβος ότι πίσω από κάθε αντρικό χαμόγελο κρύβεται ο χαμός τους.
