In the series premiere of *Backrooms Adventures*, a young software developer named Alex finds himself inexplicably thrust into a nightmarish realm after a glitch in reality pulls him from his everyday life. Waking up in a seemingly infinite maze of sterile, yellow-lit rooms, Alex soon realizes he's not alone. As he encounters others who have also "noclipped" into the Backrooms, the group struggles to understand where they are and how to escape. While exploring, they begin to hear strange, disembodied sounds and spot shadowy figures lurking in the distance. Tensions rise as the unfamiliar environment warps their sense of time and space. In their desperation to find answers, the group stumbles upon a mysterious door leading to a deeper, more sinister level of the Backrooms — one filled with even greater dangers. As Alex and the others cross the threshold, they are forced to confront the horrifying realization that leaving may not be as simple as finding an exit.
